I too just bought DVD Catalyst and am extremely impressed. I've just started playing with the settings and am curious to know what you guys are using.

The first DivX file I created I had Video Quality set at 400Kbps and playback was so good I wondered if that was overkill. Comments?

Same question for Audio, unless it's a feature film it looks like mono makes sense. But what about bit rate? Anyone play enough to evaluate different settings?

And I don't understand framerate. It appears to default to whatever the original source material was. Do I leave it as is?

I've got a X51v.
