Free cell was the only program that didn't come with the Axim. I did a hard start and had a hard time getting my info from my main computer, but finally accomplished that. Then, I downloaded another free free cell program. The Axim now locks up while using any programs and sometimes even before I log in my password. I can get it to work by rubbing my thumb across the screen a bunch of times But it's very inconsistent. The soft start doesn't alway work either. Frustrated!

Perhaps your touchscreen is the problem?
Check out this link for some detailed suggestions for how to straighten out unresponsive touchscreen issues (see Post #3):

If that doesn't cure the problem, perhaps you could try reloading the PPC OS via the "CF bootloader" method. Here's the link for that (see Post #2):
