A similar program, but not as customizable, is XscaleMonitor (
http://personales.ya.com/beemer/xscalemonitor.htm). It features a rainbow scale of colors to represent different levels and for me, it was very confusing. I even had to print out the color scale and stick it onto my pda case so I could refer to it. It was just a case of information overload. I find dogfood's separate meters for everything to be much better.
I suppose a compromise of having the bars go from red, yellow, and green would not be too taxing on the senses.
