I've tried the above settings and also tried *99# as the Dialing Number and Username as ISP@CINGULARPGS.COM but it doesn't work either.

What is this "extra dialing string modem command and do I need them? If so, where do I go to input them?

Note: I do not have a data plan yet so is that why it won't work?
