Sniffi is small, displays location and does not require the .NET CF. Costs $9.95 but that is worth it to save the 4-6 meg that .NET eats up.

Works a treat, small, fast, clean display. I think it is the best of the bunch. As a bonus, it works well in REAL VGA.
