Mobility Site - View Single Post - Problems When installing Active Sync 4.1. PLEASE HELP!!!

I've tried to install active sync 4.1 but i keep getting this message. I have tried to uninstall Active Sync 3.8 and remove all the files manually but with no luck.
Please help me because I can't solve this Problem.
