Hmm.
Three suggestions.
1. Turn on archiving in Outlook to shrink your pst file size.
2. Check for other sync'ing problems, I haven't heard of "too big" before.
3. Use Tweaks2k2.net (cost money but well worth it :approve:) to store your attachments on a Storage Card.
