This is NOT for my axim. I want to know how to boost the volume of the mp3 or wma file itself. I have a cheap mp3 player that i use, and i would rather lose/break it than my axim. The only problem with these mp3 players is volume. On some of my older cds, ripped songs sound quiet. Is there a program out there that can boost the volume of mp3 or wma files?

PS: Dont tell me just to use my axim. Other people without axims want to know how to do this to.
