Free upgrade?? WHAT free upgrade?!
I've been on hold with Dell for 1 hour, only to be transfered 6 times, and disconnected twice, then asked if my Axim was purchased between 5/23, and 6/22 (which it was), then told that the software was not free. This is really bugging me. Can anyone clear up the confusion?? I thought Dell had excellent customer service! I'd hate to see what POOR customer service was!
