Probably a 50/50 chance ... I had heard rumors it was done so that Dell could ask you what your service code is on your Axim to verify its eligable for Dell support. Which I hope was not the case because I know some people that bought them from places like ComputerGeeks so they have no warrenty or support from Dell. I doubt you can get the upgrade thru computergeeks :crooked: I got one of my 3 from there and I know Dell doesn't have my service code on record for my name since I didn't buy that one from them.
