I've had some success streaming media files from the internet using betaplayer (now named TCPMP). When I'm online I fire up betaplayer and type the web page address into the 'open file' window. You then get a list of the files on the site, and you can tap on the files you want to play. The problem with this is that betaplayer ain't no browser and it can be hellish trying to navigate to the pages of interest (i.e. those that contain the links to the media files). I would be great if there were some way to integrate TCPMP into a browser, such that you could browse normally, but when you tap a link for a media file it brings up TCPMP, which in turn plays the file.
