That is the point that the thousands of posts here about WM5 have missed. WM5 loads, syncs, does what Dell says it will. OK, you don't like the way it works, does that make it broken? I tried it for a couple of months, didn't like it and took it off. Just because I didn't like it I don't think Dell "owes" me.
