I'm owed a working product....
Well, with no other software installed WM5 frequently freezes up. I can't get the Axim to do anything if it keeps freezing up. Dell tells me not to reinstall WM5 as it will likely fry my Axim as it did my first Axim. So yes, Dell does owe me. They owe me a product that functions. This is not an unreasonable request.
