I have 512MB, 1GB, 4GB Ultra II and Extreme III cards in SD or CF form factors. They are all great. At least one member has the 8GB CF model and I do not recall him complaining. The 8GB UII is the cheapest CF card in its capacity class at the moment: newegg.com sell it for US$323.
