Everytime I open my x50v, the AS icon is active

I have to close it everytime.
I'm using the WM5 upgrade from Dell.
AS 4.1
everything is a brand new install.
The only thing that I have running is MagicButton

thanks for any help

and where is the famous "ActiveSync Fix"
