Hello Everyone. I'm a novice, so I ask your patience with my question if the answer is obvious. I've seen screen shots for a lot of themes with a bar across the screen with frequently used applications. This apparently gets around one having to click on the Start menu to get these apps. Where can I find such a menu bar?

I have Wisbar Advance and ICbar (I tend to like the look of Wisbar better). I don't know if those apps have anything to do with it. Thanks for the help.
