Well, after reading all the above about the Sandisk SD cards, I thought I'd just throw in my two cents worth. I bought an Axim and a 256MB Sandisk SD card some months ago. I read many posts about the Sandisk problems, as well as suggested solutions. What I did was download a third party application for the axim to format the Sandisk card (for first time use). I used FlashFormat for this function (as it was purported that the problem with these cards was that the Axim wasn't properly formatting them). Secondly, the issue with the "My Documents" folder on the SD card. Apparently, things work a lot smoother if this folder is created, either when the card is formatted, or immediately after. By doing these two things, I had no problems with this card whatsoever on my Axim. I will not try to analyze or even understand "why" this worked for me. I am more than happy to just be able to say that it does work for me, and should work for anyone with an Axim and a SanDisk SD card.

Now, as to the original question, it is a good one, and I hope someone who has upgraded to win mobile 2k3 and who has a Sandisk SD card (preferably 256MB), could post any experiences they've had with their cards. It has to be a new card though...
