I had problems getting an additional activation. I sent the email, waited 2 weeks and never heard anything. I finally called MS support, got transferred around 3 times, finally got someone to set up a case for me and forwarded me to another support person, who forwarded the case to the activation dept. They said it would take up to 72 hours to process, it was about 24 hours. They also gave a followup call and email to be sure I was able to activate my Axim. :approve:
