My list of unkillable processes:
DWRCS.EXE
Explorer.exe
LSASS.EXE
Mstask.exe
Regsvc.exe
Rtvscan.exe
SERVICES.EXE
SMSS.EXE
Spoolsv.com
Sqlservr.exe
SR_Watchdog.exe
Svchost.exe PID 376
Svchost.exe PID 428
Svchost.exe PID 1036
System
SystemIdleProcess
TASKMGR.EXE
Wcescomm.exe
WCESMgr.exe
WINLOGON.exe
WinMgmt.exe
Make sure your firewall allow ActiveSync to use TCP/IP.

ActiveSync depends on these 4 services:
• WCESCOMM.EXE
• WCESMGR.EXE
• RAPIMGR.EXE
• CEAPPMGR.EXE

RAPIMGR.EXE and CEAPPMGR.EXE are missing from your list.

Make sure they are available & your firewall allow these services.
