Is it hard-resets with new profiles created that causes this problem?
Personally, I use baen.com for most of my MSReader content BTW.

It is more likely that it is a server side issue. Unless we have a customer to track that is experiencing the issue it is difficult to see where the break is. With a customer repro we can look at their activation data and see which scenarios are not being covered and alter our processes to make sure that they are.
