I do a daily automatic backup on my x51v with SPB Backup 1.1.1. I had to do a hard reset the other day and my restore worked perfectly.

I have noticed only one small bug in the restore process. It is odd that I even noticed it. After a restore from a backup, the installed programs list on the remove programs screen were in a different order. :)
