Hi guys,

I have finally figured this one out. The error message comes up if in the registry key

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Comm\RNDISFN1\Parms\TcpIp

subkey EnableDHCP is set to 1. All that needs to be done to fix it is to set it to 0. My settings for other keys is below.
