ive got the older model of this phone (
http://www.nokia.ca/english/products/6682/6682.asp ) and im very happy with it. Its got bluetooth so you can connect it to a bluetooth gps reciever. It runs TomTom navigator just fine and it can also run Destinator SP (those are GPS programs). If you just need GPS then i would get that phone, just keep in mind that it does not have a touch screen and uses symbian OS rather then Windows Mobile, but there are still plenty of programs out for it.
