Wisbar Advance changes your Start Menu options. There's a trial availble but before you try that what's the icon you cannot uncheck?

Another thing to try would be using your file explorer to go to the Windows\Start Menu folder on your device, hold down your stylus on what you want to get rid of and choose delete from the popup.
