Would like to ask you guys, will the CD upgrade be available in Indonesia [or Dell Asia Pacific Region] ???

And I read in Microsoft's website that customer who purchase PDA after May 23rd, 2003 may get a FREE upgrade to WM2003. Is it the date of ordering or the date of receiving ? Since there're so many date in the invoice ... mine has this following data :
Date : May 23rd, 2003
Order Date: May 22nd, 2003
Received Date : May 26th, 2003
Am I eligible for the FREE update ???

Really need your help. And desperately looking for the FREE upgrade. Can anyone help ??? Thanks.
