I am trying to roll back to AS 3.8. I uninstall 4.1 and reinstall 3.8 on my PC with no problem. When I put the X51v into the cradle, I cannot get it to connect. My wife'

s X50v connects fine, so I assume PC software and all hardware is OK. I notice that the X51v has no way to delete / reinstall AS on it. What am I missing???
