I have both Laridian and Pocket E-sword. The Laridian Daily Reader comes with some free reading plans and there are other one's that you can purchase. Its simplicity itself -- you tap on the reading for the day, and you jump right to it. It keeps tabs on what you've completed, etc.

I only use Pocket E-sword for the Greek language tools it has really, I can't comment on any reading plans -- but it is free, and based on that alone, it might be the place to start. Try it, and if it doesn't meet your needs, then look at purchasing Laridian or Olive Tree. With Laridian, you have to purchase Pocket Bible for the daily reader to work.
