Copy the files to a subdirectory of WisBar's theme directory. For example, if you have a theme called "Blue Theme", copy the "Blue Theme" directory to \Program Files\Lakeridge\WisBar Advance\Themes. Then you can use WisBar's theme manager to load your theme.
