I haven't loaded Wisbar specifically, but they're all pretty much the same. If you get a ZIP, unzip it.

The easiest is to plug you Ax into your PC and let it synch before the next step. (You don't have to, it's just easiest for me).

Then run the exe. This will install the app in the PC. You will see a message box to the effect of "Do you want to install to the default directory". If you are installing to RAM, click yes. If you are installing to Flash or memory card, click no, then select your location.

The program will send files to your Ax, then put up a message box to the effect of "Check your PPC and see if anything further needs to be done".

Now your Ax will show a progress bar on its screen. When it is done, it will put up some kind of acknowledgement message.

That's it. If you decide to remove the program, you can use ActiveSync's "Add/Remove Programs" feature.
