I dont run a proxy and dont have OnSpeed. Pocket IE did not have this 30 second delay with the status text "Locating..." in WM2003. This is only new in WM5 version of Pocket IE.

When I was running PIE under 2003 it just connected. No delay. No locating page. Home network is unchanged.
