my guess is that it "phone home" therefore rendering previous key invalid ...( already registered..etc)
try it again ..this time while offline ... although you might have to start fresh again with the hard reset ... since the registry is already booting the key now :)
and if you can't access Socket's support menu .. try emailing or give them a call instead :)

Thanks, but I've already tried it both ways. I sent them an email over a week ago. The site said it should take about 2 business days for a response. I'm not very pleased with the Socket support team. I can't even find a phone number to call either. LIke I said...I'm stuck.
