Thanks for your reply Sadia but that is not what i ask for as i know about that and already do it severel time. but what i really means is
"how to send a file from my axim (x51v) to others device (exp. desktop pc, mobile phone) using bt" as i just can only seeing sending as email or beam the file.

If You want to send a file from Your PC, You must tick "Make this device discoverable..." not only "Turn BT on" Then You will be able to send files from Your PC.
