Mobility Site - View Single Post - getting rid of the last-used programs in start menu

When I had my e740 running 2002, I thought there was an option in settings somewhere that would clear that. That does drive me crazy (I'm a neat freak). I also keep seeing this and can NOT figure it out. Lemme draw you a picture to show you.
