Yeah, I believe their right. When the phone connects to the internet through sprint's little java app, its connection to a local tower with an internet connection. When you try to dial to connect, the signal has to be routed from the tower to an ISP, then connect, then back....Sprint gets it practicly free. Dialing out costs them money, and in return will cost you $...
