OK I guess you dont speak english very well - no problem I'll try to translate

I guess you were upgrading when you had a power fluctuation and you now get an error message every time you try to use it.

I think you will have to retry the upgrade using the compact flash upgrade method or send the axim back to dell to fix do a search for posts about 'compact flash rom update x5'
