It depends what you want. If all you want is to have shortcut icons on your Today screen, go with iLauncher as it is the best launcher program available, IMO. If you like the extra features Spb Pocket Plus offers (real close button, multiple PIE screens, etc.), go for it. Spb offers a lot of different features, but it is more expensive and I found it buggy when I tried it last November.

I went with iLauncher since I already owned PocketBreeze and I liked the features it offered. The ability to put shortcuts in the Shell Tray gives back a lot of Today screen real estate in WM5 (see MyPDA).
