I can attest to the memory card problem. I got a great deal on a travel trailer a few weeks ago, but it was in Arizona and I live in Missouri. No problems on the way down. I got to the lot and wanted to see the trailer, so I powered down the X50v the second OCN exited. Big mistake, because when I was ready to go home it would not work and I had to do a re-install when I got home. Luckily I only took a couple highways plus my brother-in-law lives in Albuquerque, NM so I had no problems finding my way home.

I have installed OCN in main memory, BIS, CF and SD. Except the above problem this one time, I have never had a problem with any location. It is also a good idea to get a fairly fast card to put the map on. I noticed it did much better when I moved from a normal SD card to a high speed CF card.
