Another Active Sync Problem

I am running Outlook 2002 and Active Sync 3.7. For the last week I have been getting an "Attention Required" note after my calander and contacts when I sync. I have tried removing and replacing my Axim in the cradle, I have deleted the partnership and created a new one and removed and reinstalled Active Sync. Any help???
