I forgot to mention that it does go online when it is placed in its cradle. I think that I am going to try a different modem if no one has a suggestion??
I have looked and there appears to be no more updates available for my PPC nor my modem from eithers homepage...just my luck.
Again, I appreciate any help the community could give me.
