I've tried 'em all but the best one out there is
Salling Clicker. It will control not only WMP but will control most media players (itunes, winamp, powerDVD and so on), power point etc. You can perform operations like turning off/standby, volume control on the PC. Best thing is it is scriptable. So anybody can write a small script to control his/her fav application on the PC. There is a tutorial for Salling Clicker scripting on ebooks.aximsite.com. It works both over bluetooth or wifi.
