Greetings Smwallace! Welcome to the MobilitySite forums!

The use of OU (Organizational Units) by your exchange server is normal for the situation you find yourself in. I am presuming that your PDA does not have access to your exchange server at the time you create the e-mail message, which would cause exactly the problem you are experiencing.

If you are intent on using your company's intranet to send the mail, then compose and save your messages, and simply click send ONLY ONCE you are back at work in front of your desktop that your PocketPC synchronizes with.

However, if you want to send the mail while you are at a hotspot (or some location not on your company intranet), then you'll need to find the Internet e-mail address for these individuals, which may be buried as a different field name in your Database.

No animals or trees were harmed in the production of this post - however, several billion electrons were seriously inconvenienced.
