In your installtion, have you [B]first[/B] imported the registry patch and [B]only then[/B] installed the BT drivers (as per Eugenia's procedure)? Or have you done vice versa, that is, in reverse order as advised by another contributor?

P.S. I can share my US/Canadian Mapopolis maps for educational purposes.
