I think that e-bay auctions are fine, so long as they are used as extensions of the REGULAR sales process. In other words, a user can post a "For Sale" thread here at MobilitySite, following all regular rules. If, after 5 business days, they are not seeing the offers they would like to see, then they are free to provide a hyperlink to the SAME item being sold in THEIR PERSONAL Auction on Ebay, as a way to increase the probability of a sale of THAT item.

If I may suggest (changes in bold):
- User must attempt to sell the item here at MobilitySite first over a period of 5 business days prior to posting auction.
- User must be a member for at least 30 days before posting an auction link.
- User must have 50 posts or +2 iTrader rating.
- User must provide sale information details on the item for sale (unit make & model, asking price, etc), not just a hyperlink to the auction.
- Link MUST be posted in the Classifieds section only. Not in sigs, not in the X51v Hardware forum, HERE!
- Absolutely no commercial sales.
- Failure to adhere to these rules will result in being cited an infraction
