reword the question without assuming the solution.
Example,
"I am having a problem syncing my axim x50v, I've tried it on 2 PCs and I only get errors.
<Cite errors here>
I have done X and X to troubleshoot the problem, could the problem be on the axim?"
read the post in my signature on how to ask good questions....
(I am only pointing out that if you are attempting to remove AS from the Axim, you are barking up the wrong tree)
