I still don't know if getting sp2 will solve my problem but I finally found where to down load it. google "xp sp2" it's the one with website(thats ntu.edu.sg)

to bad the library data rate is so low, it's a 266Mb file and the download time estimate was 7hrs.
Does anyone have just this dll needed for AS 4.5?
