There is a Vista skin for WisBar Advance 2 here:

As an extra, you can use this icon pack for WM2002/3/5:
JDH Software - Jedis de Halo (freeware)
You can also use programs such as "ExeIco Changer" to change program and file icons manually.
(I don't recommend ExeIco Changer as it costs $50)
(There are $20 dollar alternatives)
(Google "exe dll icon changer" for other options)
