The Repllog.exe notifications are the ones that relate to ActiveSync and should not be deleted. There are others Calnot.exe & Clocknot.exe and these should not be deleted either.
You should always backup your pocket pc before you start messing around with the notification queue. Then if you delete something you shouldn't, you can always restore from your backup file.
