I've used 1&1 for my personal accounts for several years and been pretty happy with them, but I sure don't do anything on the Aximsite/Mobilitysite scale of things. :) My company used them for a few client websites (backend server type stuff). I'm not familiar with their business plan options myself though. You may want to take a look here. Business is about $9.99/month, and developer is about $19.99/mo.
