Thanks very much Julie. I don't know...I think my husband was set up as a User years ago when I got this PC (I didn't know the ropes then) because my email program is in HIS name in the C drive. Drat. I have to open the current Eudora program thru a back door by going to Firefox first and clicking on an address in any discussion group or wherever and then it comes up nicely. So I am afraid to tinker with his User name until I can get some help directly with this entire set up. (Eudora won't open from its own shortcut, can't open because of attachment, I've had tech support and followed their guidelines but still no use.)

I thought it might be some glitch in setting up Windows Mobile which has Word 2002 and I have Word 2000 so that WM wanted to keep any new Word docs in the WM Folder under my husband's name. I saved the docs to the regular folder in MY Docs. Well, onwards, I'll investigate the User names. Thanks very much.
