Okay, some remnant of ActivePrint seems to be running in your computer's system tray. You could examine the items that are set to run there by selecting Start > Run > type "msconfig" and enter. Then select the Startup tab and review the items that are running there.

I have ActivePrint installed on my computer and I've got the icon in my system tray. I look through the Startup tab of msconfig and could not readily identify what it was. But perhaps you will have more luck.
